I'm Tim and I've been selling used media online for about fifteen years. What began as a hobby; driven by a lifelong passion for music, combined with a background in retail - is now my full time job.
I am based in the West Midlands / Staffordshire area however I am interested in collections anywhere in the UK.
Over the years I have built an excellent reputation serving music fans and more serious collectors all over the world.
I aim to make fair offers competitive to what you would receive elsewhere - in a friendly, polite and courteous manner without rushing or any pressure.
Sadly many collections enter the market due to bereavement, if you are dealing with the estate of a loved one please feel assured this situation will be treated with respect.

What are you looking for?
Pretty much anything!
Classic rock, hard rock, progressive rock, psychedelic rock, punk, new wave, indie, 70's and 80's popular music, 60's, 90's, folk, country, rock & roll, chart music, dance, house, techno, hip hop, drum & bass, ambient, electronica, classical, reggae, dub, soul, funk, R&B, blues, jazz, avant-garde and obscure, heavy metal, extreme metal, death metal, thrash metal, black metal and anything else you can think of.
I buy 12" vinyl LP's and singles, 10" singles, 7" singles, cassette tapes and compact discs.
What aren't you looking for?
Condition is very important.
So I am not looking for anything damp, mouldy, soiled, obviously damaged, broken, badly stored or nibbled by rodents etc!
If you are unsure about the condition of the collection or if it appears mixed; I am happy to take a look.
Do you buy the lot? Or pick out what you want?
As a general rule I prefer to buy the entire collection and not 'cherry-pick' through it.
I find this usually suits the seller also.
Sometimes I split the collection into two piles; the more and less desirable - and make an offer on each.
Do you travel to look at the collection? Or do I need to bring it to you?

Do you pay cash?
Most of the time, yes. For larger amounts bank transfer is preferable.
I have a price in mind, will you accept?
I'm certainly open to suggestion!
There are many different factors that contribute to the worth of used media and a lot of work to do before you see any return.
If your asking price is anywhere near retail or online prices, we wouldn't be able to close a deal and you would need to sell the collection yourself to realise this kind of value.
